“Walked around downtown for a little bit, then stopped into a used bookstore Aqua Books as they had a cafe also. It was so late that we couldn’t get dinner anymore, but the curmudgeonly owner/clerk at the front counter told us of another good place to get food. He reminded both David and myself of the Black Books bookstore owner, but not thin. We bought a travel book of Canada, as I had not been able to find one which covered the whole country before I left, and then went off to (that) coffeehouse/eatery. The guy behind the counter was happy to insult us both entering the store and when we left, so we liked that!”
